Spring Cleaning!

My least favorite chore!  The ever changing weather certainly doesn't put me in the right frame of mind since it is so unpredictable. One day it's sunny and beautiful outside and the next cold and drab. But it will get done. I can't wait to open the windows and let in some fresh air!

At least the newly painted living room is nice and clean. Now to tackle the rest of the house.

Hard Drive Crash!

It's been a rough couple of weeks where my computer is concerned. I knew there was a problem, but this time I backed up everything before it crashed. Now to get everything back up and running!  :)

Revenge

My suspense novel Revenge has taken up most of my writing time this week. I'm pleased with how the writing is flowing. I'd started this novel a few years ago, but had put it aside while I worked on other projects. When I began work on it again, it's as though no time had passed. I reconnected with all the characters and have even added a couple of new ones. Hopefully, it will be completed within the next couple of months.

Passing Of My Best Friend

It's been a rough few months, but I'm finally getting back on track. I didn't realize how deeply the sudden passing of my precious golden haired tabby last fall would affect me. Scootchie was my little buddy. During the day she'd sit on her shelf in my office dozing while I wrote. At night she'd sit next to me while I wrote on my laptop at the kitchen table.

She was the runt of the litter when I brought her home eleven years ago. Nobody wanted her. I did. I fell in love with her the minute I looked into those big bright eyes. She was born with some health problems, so everyday she was with me was a gift.  I'll always treasure the time we had together.

Finally!

The last couple of years has been rough going where my writing is concerned. It's not that the ideas aren't there, only life intruding on my time. I'm finally getting back on track and plan to complete several projects this year.
